CAMPAIGNS & STRATEGY

Some of the most rewarding projects I've worked on have been the larger initiatives that bring together planning, collaboration, storytelling, and strategy. Whether it's launching a new content franchise, leading a league-wide event, introducing a new digital product, or building a campaign around a milestone moment, this work is about finding ideas that grow audiences, create value, and give fans something worth remembering.

MARINERS DIGITAL SHORTS

The Mariners Digital Shorts reimagined a beloved franchise tradition as an original content series, putting players at the center of scripted, character-driven storytelling. The series has become one of the club's signature marketing and content franchises, expanding to regional television, driving ticket revenue through themed ticket specials, and garnering more than 15.8 million impressions in 2025.

DEAR ICHIRO

When Ichiro Suzuki was inducted into the Hall of Fame and the Mariners retired his No. 51, we invited fans around the world to help tell his story. Dear Ichiro collected letters, voicemails, photos, and videos celebrating the impact he had on generations of fans, culminating in a tribute film narrated entirely through fan voices that opened his number retirement ceremony at T-Mobile Park. The campaign earned a 2025 Emmy Award and a Hashtag Sports Award nomination for Best Life or Legacy Tribute.

BUILDING ONE OF BASEBALL’S MOST ENGAGED BRANDS

When I joined the Mariners in 2020, we transformed how the club showed up across social media. We introduced a more conversational voice rooted in pop culture and a group-chat mentality, while putting players and fans at the center of our content. We emphasized player personality and behind-the-scenes access. This approach turned the Mariners into one of the most engaged brands in MLB, ranking among the league's top seven across platforms every year since and setting franchise records with 57.3 million engagements and 1.4 billion impressions in 2025.

DIGITAL MARKETING & REVENUE STRATEGY

Some of the most important relationships fans have with a team are built through digital. I lead strategy across the Mariners' owned digital channels, including email, text, web, and app, while also shaping the club's digital advertising strategy. Since 2020, we've grown the email audience from 250K to more than 675K subscribers, launched the team's text messaging program which has grown to 65K subscribers, and hit a club record in digital marketing revenue in 2025.

2023 MLB ALL-STAR WEEK

Seattle's 2023 MLB All-Star Week was one of the biggest moments in franchise history. As the marketing and communications lead on the Mariners' All-Star Leadership Team, I helped launch MLB's first-ever All-Star logo reveal campaign while overseeing content, social strategy, communications, and brand across the week. All-Star Week content generated more than 34 million impressions and helped introduce All-Star Week to fans around the world.

MARINERS.TV LAUNCH

The launch of Mariners.TV marked the next evolution of the club's direct-to-consumer streaming experience. As the strategic marketing lead, I developed the integrated campaign across social, email, web, app, paid advertising, in-park, and radio, helping the platform surpass subscriber goals by more than 50% in its first season.

#OURCAPTAIN: DAVID WRIGHT FAREWELL

When David Wright played his final game in a Mets uniform, we built a full-day tribute worthy of one of the franchise's greatest players. The #OurCaptain campaign brought together original videos, graphics, photography, player and alumni tributes, and live coverage to tell the story of his career from first pitch to final farewell. The campaign generated more than 25 million impressions across Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram, making it the most engaged day in Mets social media history at the time.
